Currently, We are shipping only to few specified countries. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
Unfortunately, We don’t offer free shipping!
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Also, You can use the Order Tracking page to check the current status of your order.
If you didn’t receive your order within 35 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us with your name, email, and order id. We will look into it.
Accounts & Privacy
To register for an account, You need to provide a unique username, email address, and password. Once you registered for an account successfully, You’ll automatically be redirected to the My Account page.
You can recover your account with the new password. Visit the lost password link on the login form and enter your account’s username or email address. Then you will receive the password reset link.

Refunds & Returns
If you are received a wrong or damaged order, You can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Once we have received the parcel, We will issue a refund immediately. For more information, please refer our Refunds Policy.
Once we have issued a refund, It will arrive within 1-2 hours.
