It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (Ex: Most of the time, we offer free shipping for specific countries for orders above $100!). You can choose carrier options, prices, and delivery times at the checkout for multiple shipping options.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes(including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clear Skin Care Lab is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
